Claiming the “Dream” Rewriting History

• The celebration begins with a musical program featuring the Macedonia Male Choir: Thursday, January 14, 2010, 7:00 P.M. at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, ·3802 North Ninth Avenue · Pensacola, Florida.
  
  
• Followed by the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemorative Prayer Breakfast: Saturday, January 16, 2010, 8:00 A.M. · The Wright Place · 80 East Wright Street · Pensacola, Florida.
  
  Later during the evening of Saturday, January 16, 2010, 6:00 P.M. · The University of West Florida, Commons Auditorium· 11000 University Parkway· Pensacola, Florida.  Three-time Apollo-winning artists, The Black Violin.  This group of two classically trained violinists and their DJ combines classical, jazz, hip-hop, and funk to create a signature sound.  The event is free and open to the public.
